Flemings Hotel Muenchen-Schwabing - Munich

Staff helped with missing coffee machine issue promptly.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area of Munich, within close proximity of the city centre whilst being in the more reserved area of Schwabing! It has a modern edge and is a very dynamic hotel for city visitors, business travel and families. It offered a tour bus ticket which was a lovely way to experience the city. The breakfast bar hosted a great all round breakfast and was very well served!

The rooms are bright and big with tea, comfortable bed, the shower.

I enjoyed my stay, as the hotel is just a short stroll from Olympiapark and the BMW Museum. The room was spacious and quiet, great for a restful night after roaming the city.

I does exactly what it says on the tin - we got a voucher for a city trip thrown in, there is a nice bar where we got a complimentary glass of sparkling. We liked it. The breakfast was excellent and the staff serving really nice!

There was no lift to get to the second floor of the annex (or we didn't find it)The bathroom was nice, but the shelf under the sink was tiny, difficult to put stuff down

The hotel rate is quite high compared to cramped room I got. Also for vegetarians there are very less options in breakfast.

Well-equipped room with open bathroom and climate control and free Wi-Fi. Charming views towards garden. Location not far from center, and the liveliest areas. Smooth check-in, parking on-site.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and really enjoyed the delicious breakfast that featured made-to-order options. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic spot to unwind while the sauna provided a nice escape after exploring the city. The only bummer was the small size of the bathroom, but it didn't take away from my overall experience 😊

The highlight was the freshly made eggs at breakfast and the warm cappuccino, but the bathroom’s layout lacked privacy and made it tough for larger bodies to use comfortably.

Helpful and welcoming staff, good location, good value overal. We stayed 7 night and enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Slow/unreliable internet connection. The rooms are bit too small... but ok for short stays.

The staff spoke English well and were very helpful. The breakfasts that were included in the room were terrific!

I was traveling with my son and the shower did not allow for any privacy.

We liked the efficient and friendly service, the very good breakfast buffet and the excellent en-suite shower room. It is certainly worth a second visit. I have recommended the hotel to my son who visits Munich regularly for competitions.
